Journal for Transnational Commercial Law Review

MNLUA Transnational Commercial Law Journal is the flagship journal of Maharashtra National Law University Aurangabad, published with the objective of promoting academic research and fostering debate on contemporary transnational legal issues. The Journal is a bi-annual, open-access, double-blind peer reviewed and edited journal, focusing on an inter-disciplinary approach towards cross-border contemporary legal issues. The sphere of the Journal is not restricted to any particular field of law but is broad enough to existing trends in international legal and policy-related set up. The journal seeks contributions and invites manuscripts from practitioners, academicians and law students. Each manuscript undergoes a rigorous review process.
